sexy raspberry vegan cupcakes. sexy because eatting them wont hurt your waitline. too much. i made them with whole wheat pastry flour, and a low fat vegan batter and frosting. dont doubt that they are as delicious as they look. its not magic. its evolution. i took the glorious recipe from “vegan cupcakes take over the world” by isa chandra moskowitz and terry hope romero and put some twists on it for flavor, health, and texture.
